Email address (when you request a report or subscribe), the domains you scan, and basic usage data. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
On our marketing pages (the homepage and industry guides) we record anonymised page interactions — clicks, scrolling and page layout, with typed text masked — on a server we operate, to see where the site is confusing. Recording stops before you run a scan or start checkout, and never runs on reports, checkout, onboarding or your dashboard. Customer sign-in uses a first-party session cookie that lasts up to 30 days; you can sign out on one or every device from your dashboard.
To deliver scans and reports, send the alerts you sign up for, process billing, and improve the product. We don't sell your personal data.
We use Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and an email provider for transactional messages and alerts. Scans may query public AI/search APIs.
