A glossary or terms page is a quietly effective AI-visibility asset because it directly answers the definitional, 'what is X' questions that make up a huge share of what buyers ask assistants — and it does so in short, self-contained, quotable entries that models reuse almost word-for-word. When your glossary defines the terms of your category clearly and links each entry back to the service or product it relates to, you become a source assistants pull from when someone is still learning the space, and you reinforce your entity as an authority that actually knows its domain. The value is strongest for technical, regulated or jargon-heavy categories where buyers ask a lot of definitional questions before they ever ask who to hire. The limits are the usual ones: a thin, keyword-stuffed glossary added purely for SEO does little, and definitions alone won't make AI recommend you over a stronger competitor — but a genuine, well-linked glossary widens the set of questions you can be the answer to and feeds the top of your funnel.
