Job postings are a minor but genuine AI-visibility signal, mostly as corroboration that your business is real, active and operating at a meaningful scale. When your openings appear on your own careers page with JobPosting schema and on trusted boards like LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor — consistently naming your company, location and category — they add another independent, credible reference confirming you exist and are growing, which feeds the entity picture a model assembles. They also quietly describe what you do and where, in structured language models can read. The limits are real: postings are transient, they're not what an assistant cites when answering a buying-intent question, and they'll never substitute for reviews, directory consistency or authoritative mentions. Treat them as a small freshness-and-legitimacy signal that comes free with hiring you're already doing — worth marking up with schema and keeping consistent, not worth manufacturing.
