A Linktree (or any link-in-bio hub) does very little for AI visibility on its own, because it's a thin page of outbound links with almost no substantive, extractable content and little independent authority — exactly the kind of source models discount. It won't hurt you, and it can be mildly useful as a consistency signal if it accurately lists your real name, category and official links, reinforcing the same identity facts your other profiles state. But assistants get their confidence from substantive, corroborated sources — your own well-structured site, major directories, reviews and credible mentions — not from an aggregator whose whole purpose is to redirect elsewhere. The takeaway: keep your link hub accurate and consistent if you use one, but don't expect it to move the needle; the effort is far better spent on the destination pages it points to.
